1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website chefeleanor.com and services provided by Eleanor Jessica Cheffe Priveé. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer private chef services, including services such as event catering, menu planning, ingredient provisionsing, cake making, residencey cooking etc. Detailed descriptions of each service can be found on our website.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit of 15% is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment must be made no latyer than 3 days before the event or service date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, paypal or cash.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a partial refund (less the non-refundable deposit).

· Cancellation charges are payable for cancellations of any confirmed event.

• The following charges will apply… Within 14 days of the event 25% of the quoted price

• Within 7 days of the event 50% of the quoted price

• Within 2 days of the event 100% of the quoted price

If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

Ensure accurate information is provided at the time of booking.
Inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements at least 2 weeks in advance.
Provide adequate kitchen facilities (if applicable).

6. Liability

We are not liable for any allergic reactions or issues arising from undisclosed dietary restrictions.
We are not liable for any damage caused by factors outside our control (e.g., equipment failure, force majeure).

7. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Eleanor Jessica Cheffe Priveé. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated "Effective Date."
