MY CULINARY JOURNEY

My culinary journey began humbly in my mother’s café in Bakewell, UK, where I learned the ropes of menu design and cooking for both the café and supper clubs. While my passion for food developed gradually, my adventurous spirit soon led me to a ski season and eventually to the superyacht industry.

After years of incredible experiences, I transitioned to land to start a successful handmade chocolate and cake business. However, fate led me back to yachting as a sous chef for one of China’s wealthiest individuals. There, I worked alongside my late friend Johnny, who inspired my deep appreciation for classic French cuisine and profoundly influenced my culinary journey.

This journey led to numerous roles on superyachts as a freelance head chef and valuable experience in Michelin-starred kitchens, where I mastered diverse cuisines and dietary needs while refining my craft.

Now, a decade later, I've based myself on land in Southwest France with my partner and daughter, and I’m inspired to bring the luxury of yacht and Michelin dining into guests’ homes and holiday retreats.

RESIDENCIES

I offer short-term cooking residencies, serving as your in-house chef for up to 3 weeks. Whether aboard a yacht, at retreats, or for daily meals, I cater to diverse culinary needs with flexibility and care.

EVENT CATERING

Weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations—whatever the occasion, I specialise in catering intimate events for up to 30 guests, crafting unforgettable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression.
