How many can you cater for?

Is there a minimum head count?

For Tier 1 and Tier 2 the minimum group size is 6 people. For Tier 3, the minimum is 4 people. For the 'SHARE' menus, the minimum is 8. For parties smaller than the specified minimum booking, arrangements can be made upon request, but a surcharge will apply.

Additionally, there are ‘share’ options available, featuring set sharing menus at a fixed price per person. Explore the menus and pricing details here.

How do you charge for your services?

I accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment terms will be discussed during the initial consultation.

Absolutely. I have experience preparing meals for various dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, paleo, and more. While I take great care in accommodating dietary preferences, please note that I work in a kitchen where cross-contamination is possible, so I cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment for celiac disease or severe allergies. Kindly share your requirements when discussing your chosen menu, and I’ll do my best to adapt.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions?

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, once the menu is approved & the guest list is confirmed, an initial deposit of 15% will be invoiced, payable within 7 days of booking confirmation. Then, 14 days before your event, we will issue a further invoice for the remaining costs, payable no later than 3 days prior to the event.

Do you require a deposit?

Depending on the type of event, I usually prepare most of the meal in my home kitchen and finish it in the client's kitchen. For instance, I handle time-consuming components like sauces in my own kitchen, while I cook proteins and vegetables at the event location to ensure freshness, quality, and punctuality.

Where do you prepare the meals?

I prioritise using organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible to ensure the highest quality and support local businesses. I base most of my menus on the produce available seasonally, which not only supports economical factors, but also keeps ingredients costs low. Additionally, I grow produce from home such as vegetables, micro herbs, & edible flowers. I am also a keen forager, and so will use what I can from both the local surroundings & my garden in your menu.

Where do you source your ingredients?

Can I request specific ingredients?

Absolutely! Each menu will be tailored to the preferences of you and your guests. Upon enquiry, I will send a detailed preference form & design the menu based on this. However, please do bear in mind that produce here is very seasonal, so some produce may be difficult to get hold of.

Can you provide table service?

I do not offer full table service. My focus is on preparing and cooking the food, which I will personally bring to your table. When necessary, I work with an assistant who helps with cleaning up and serving plates to guests. However, tasks such as pouring drinks or full waitstaff service are not included.

*All assistance will be an additional charge and invoice separately.
